Before making his move to the West Coast, Mr. Philps served as Vice President, Associate Broker in Devencore’s Calgary downtown office where his focus was on Corporate Advisory Services.
With over 22 years of commercial real estate experience and 30 years of management and sales experience, Mr. Philps’ career has included brokerage management and compliance, office leasing and sales, industrial leasing, land sales, retail leasing, and development. Mr. Philps has a passion for business acumen, remarkable attention to detail and superior technical skills within the financial, documentation and negotiation realm.

Prior to joining Devencore, Mr. Philps acted as the Managing Director and Broker for the DTZ Calgary office, where he was responsible of leading and managing the brokerage team through 8 years of growth and varying economic landscapes.
